FRAGADELPHIA 18 CHAMPS!

NRG CS2 took a trip down to Kansas City this past weekend to compete at Fragadelphia 18. The boys looked dominant, completely wiping the bracket without losing a single map all weekend. The team had quality wins over Undone, Boss and Sharks (2x) on their way to the championship. This run was super important for the team, as we gained a large amount of Valve Ranking points which will prove invaluable when invites for events in 2025 begin to go out. NRG now sits at #34 globally.

The team will continue to grind for the next few weeks and begin preparing for Launders LAN which takes place in early January, before the 2025 season really kicks off later that month.

SOOP LEAGUE KICKS OFF

NRG VALORANT made the trip to Korea this past weekend and is settling in before matches begin on December 11. The team is competing in SVL (Soop Valorant League), an 8 team OFF//SEASON event with teams from all over the world. Notable teams attending include Gen.G, Sentinels, Talon, and DRX.

Our first matchup is vs. team Rapid Lofi, a challengers team from Vietnam that qualified through an open event. NRG is poised to make a deep run in the tourney, and could potentially match up vs. our old rivals, BiliBili Gaming at some point in the group stage of the event. Fans will be eagerly anticipating that battle, as the community has been itching to see a rematch from 2024 VALORANT Champions.
